Apply - Class C Licence
| How to apply for a Class C Licence (fairs and exhibitions) |
| Step 1 |
Only fairs or exhibitions that have been approved by the Gaming Policy and
Enforcement Branch may apply for a Class C Licence. If your fair
or exhibition has been approved, please proceed to Step 2; if not, you may request approval in
one of the following ways:
Option #1: Online request for fair or exhibition approval
Visit the Online Service page.
Option #2: Mail-in paper request for fair or exhibition approval
Download and print the Fair or Exhibition Approval Request Form [RTF]. Complete
the form and mail or courier it, along with supporting documents, to the Gaming Policy and Enforcement
Branch in Victoria. The address can be found on the application form or on the
Contact Us page.

After your fair or exhibition has been approved as outlined in Step 1, review
the following important documents:

Prepare for your application by gathering required information outlined in the
Class C Licence - Pre-Application Checklist
.
Completing an application will be faster and easier if you work through this checklist
ahead of time.

Option #1: Online application
Proceed to the Online Service page to apply electronically
for a Class C Licence.
Option #2: Mail-in application

| Step 5 |
The Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch will respond within 10 weeks of receipt
of your application.
