Feb 28, 2008 - Updates to the Gaming Online Service

The Gaming Online Service system has been updated to provide enhanced services and usability. Services that are now available through the Online Service are outlined in the following sections.

Services available to the public through the Gaming Online Service:

  • Apply online for community gaming grants, gaming event licences and special approvals to use gaming funds;
  • View application status reports for grants and licences;
  • File a criminal or regulatory complaint or allegation of wrong-doing in gaming or horse racing in B.C.;
  • Pre-Application Checklists are available for community gaming grant and gaming event licence applicants; and
  • Secure Site Information and Registration documentation is available for organizations that wish to access additional online services by using a Business BCeID.

Additional services available to organizations with a business BCeID:

  • View the status of past and present applications;
  • Retrieve copies of correspondence sent from the Branch;
  • Submit obligatory reports (Gaming Account Summary Report, Gaming Event Revenue Report and Use of Grant Funds Report); and
  • View and update profile information.

Beyond the new services and information mentioned above, continuous improvement of the Gaming Online Service is a priority for us.
