Mar 20, 2009 - Capital Project Grants Support 60 Charitable Groups
$3.5 million in gaming grants is being distributed for major capital
projects this year. These grants will help provide access for people with disabilities; improve
women's centres, addictions recovery centres and food banks; enhance heritage sites;
build sports fields and facilities; and provide improved settings for local programs
and services.
