Manufacturers
No local government or other approvals are required for an agent's licence; agents and staff serving liquor in winery lounges, at winery special events, and at events associated with a special occasion licence must complete Serving It Right.
Independent agents
The products promoted by independent agents must be registered with the Liquor Distribution Branch. Before approving your licence, we will contact the Liquor Distribution Branch to confirm that you are authorized to market those products.
