Licence Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of your liquor licence - the rules your are required to follow – are set out in the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and its Regulations, and the terms and conditions of your particular licence.
As the licensee, you are responsible for the proper operation of your licensed establishment. And even though you may not be on site at all times, you must ensure that your employees comply with the Act, the Regulations and your licence terms and conditions at all times.
